Contact us or email support@tovlyn.com with your order number. We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address. Please don’t send a parcel to our business address without those instructions.
Return your cushion with the items included in your purchase. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, let us know so we can put it right.
After your return.
We’ll confirm when your return reaches us and refund the purchase to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
