Measure your seat first.
The cushion measures 40 × 36 × 11 cm (15.7 × 14.2 × 4.3 inches). The 4.3-inch dimension is the highest point. Weight: 680 g (1.5 lb).
Set it up.
Place it on a stable, adequately sized seat, with the U-shaped cutout at the back. Sit centered in the contour. It may change your sitting height. In a vehicle, check headroom and adjust your seat, mirrors, and driving position before moving.
Care for the cover.
Remove the lined polyester cover. Hand-wash or use a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. Do not wash or soak the memory foam.
Find your comfort.
Memory foam can feel firmer when new or cold and soften with warmth. Try a comfortable position on a suitable seat. Stop use if it does not feel right.
