★★★★★Game Changer!I am a senior citizen who is suffering with hip pain. I had both knees replaced two years ago. Now this. I do have an appointment with my Orthopedic doctor, but I needed some relief now. As I prepared to go on vacation I dreaded the car ride. This cushion was a wonderful find. It is very comfortable. Usually I shift in my seat constantly trying to get comfortable. I was able to handle my seven hour drive. It cradled my hips perfectly. The fabric and cushion did not trap body heat. I remain perfectly comfortable. I was even able to remove a compression belt in the car. I usually wear low to help my hips. Once out of the car, the compression belt went back on. I may buy a second one as I like to keep this one in the car. But I know it would help me inside my house as well. Keep in mind that this is not a magic cushion.
